Tasting notes
- Rojo granate con ligeros matices violáceos. Limpio, brillante con capa alta.
- Intensidad alta. Equilibrio de madera con notas de fruta negra ligeramente confitada y notas tostadas. Entrada amable con ligero ahumado y algún toque torrefacto.
- Acidez equilibrada, aportando cierta frescura con un final largo y buena persistencia de un tanino amable y ligeramente astringente.

Wineries created by the Burgos winegrower David Sebastián. His wines are made with grapes from the vineyards that his family has in Olmedillo de Roa, in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
The production of his wines is limited and completely handmade, the grapes are selected by hand and all the bottles carry their corresponding numbering as a seal of quality.
