DELIVERY TIME
- The delivery period will start counting from 14.00 hours (peninsular time) of the day the order was placed. If the order arrives later than 2 pm it will count as the next day.
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not contemplated and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday.
- Claims for delays in delivery outside the company will not be accepted.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via International courier, with required signature and tracking number.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
- Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipmen and the number of packages.
- Always cheaper shipping in packs of 3, 6 or 12 bottles.
- Prices and weights are calculated for bottles of wine, champagnes and liquors of 50cl, 70cl, 75cl. and 100cl.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- We make shippings to all the EU countries and United Kingdom*.
- The final shipping costs will be calculated once the shipping address has been entered.

At Bebevino, we ship within Spain and to certain countries in the European Union. Before placing your order, please note that each country applies its own tax regulations (Excise Duties) and customs controls for the import of alcoholic beverages.
We can ship wines to most EU countries. Wines are generally subject to very low or zero excise duties, so private shipments usually arrive without issues. However, the buyer is responsible for checking the import regulations in their country and for paying any local taxes if required by the authorities.
Spirits and distilled beverages (such as rum, vodka, gin, whisky, or tequila) are subject to higher excise duties and stricter customs controls in several EU countries. For this reason, we currently do not ship spirits outside Spain, except in specific cases and under prior agreement with professional clients or distributors. In countries such as Ireland, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, customs authorities may detain or seize high-strength alcohol shipments that have not been properly declared according to local regulations. Bebevino is not responsible for the detention or confiscation of goods by customs in the destination country.
If an order is held or seized by customs authorities, refunds or replacements cannot be processed unless the product is returned to our warehouse in Spain in perfect condition. We recommend that our customers always review their country’s regulations before placing an international order.
All orders within Spain are delivered without any restrictions on alcoholic beverages.
