- Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via International courier, with required signature and tracking number.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
- Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipmen and the number of packages.
- Always cheaper shipping in packs of 3, 6 or 12 bottles.
- Prices and weights are calculated for bottles of wine, champagnes and liquors of 50cl, 70cl, 75cl. and 100cl.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- We make shippings to all the EU countries and United Kingdom*.
- The final shipping costs will be calculated once the shipping address has been entered.

DELIVERY TIMES (NATURAL DAYS)
- The delivery period will start counting from 14.00 hours (peninsular time) of the day the order was placed. If the order arrives later than 2 pm it will count as the next day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not contemplated and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday.
- Claims for delays in delivery outside the company will not be accepted.
